Prior to starting Cohen & Associates, David was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Director of Corporate Learning for Foote, Cone & Belding, one of the largest and oldest international advertising and marketing firms in the world. Prior to Foote, Cone & Belding, David was Senior Partner in Charge - Career Development for Bozell Worldwide. He also held the position of Vice President, Human Resources Director of Bozell’s southeast region. In 1990, David was assigned responsibility for the agency’s nationwide corporate affirmative action program. He is credited with developing “The Bozell Advantage”, the agency’s national training and development initiative. David traveled extensively throughout the U.S. developing and implementing training programs designed to address the career development needs of Bozell’s 2800 employees.
